Has anyone had trouble cashing out from them to NETeller? I withdrew about 5 days ago and haven't received anything. Note: I made sure the wagering requirement were met for the bonus (their info. confirmed this anyway). Their support is terrible - they haven't responded to most of my emails, and the one they did respond to said "NETeller transactions happen instantly," which was not very reassuring.

I know they are a european-based company, but does anyone have any idea on how to contact them via telephone from the US? Any information that anyone can provide for me would be extremely helpful.

They have always given me cashouts within 24 hours.

They have a toll free number under the help menu. Go find it yourself, it does exist!

They have NEVER responded to ANY email I have ever sent them.

Are you in the US? The only number I can find are crazy international numbers (note: i've never dialed outside of the US, so this is new for me).

Any help on this would be GREATLY appreciated. I'd like my $200.

I have never been able to use a cell phone to dial their toll free numbers, but any land based phone will work just fine.

Trust me, it IS toll free.

That would explain it; I've been trying on a cell phone. Hmm, now, to get a hold of a land based phone somehow...

Never had a proablem. I've cashed out 12 of teh last 14 months, all done with 48 hours. (excecpt once where it took about 4 days - never any longer)

note: I am talking about USD between 400 and 2400.
