For some reason i put the hand into the converter, and it converted it to this, which really isn't converting it at all. Not too sure why.
Anyway, I can't be continuing playing with a the board as it is on the turn, right?

For t85, I probably call this. You have ten outs and this is a very large pot. My only concern would be that philnegron still has to act...but I think a call/fold is more likely than a re-raise.

I like check/raising the flop. But yea, I think you gotta let it go on the turn.

Surely such a small bet amount compared to the pot size makes this an easy call.. you have 11 outs to (probably) the best hand.

I would have raised preflop, instead of just limping in. But I also probably would have folded to that turn raise.

Routine fold? Yikes, you are getting over 8 to 1 to call here. You have 10 outs to the nuts. Do the math.

Exactly. Come on now, this is 1st grade stuff. 8-1 odds on 4.6-1 shot.

You only have one out to the NUTS. But I guess you're right about the odds, I change my vote to call. But I still like check/raising the flop though.

I cannot see check/raising. You let all the straight and flush draws see a free turn - and there is absolutely no guarantee of a bet.

Put me in that situation and I'll take the chance that it's checked around. I think a check around is unlikely though.

At the risk of being labelled nittish, you have a set, not trips. While both are 3 of a kind, they are very different in terms of relative hand strength.

Sorry, just a pet peeve.

Haha sorry, i couldn't remember which was which when i wrote the thing so i took a stab in the dark.

And to everyone else: i now do realise it was a horrible fold and really should have done the maths. But thanks for the harsh words of advice, they have alerted me to this big leak.

not totally horrible. if you had been closing the action, then it'd be horrible. if you thought for some reason the other dude would reraise a high % of the time, then folding would be right.

but yeah, you should've called. there's also some chance that you're going to win the pot unimproved, or will split when a Q makes a straight on board.
