Account temporarily frozen by Party?? [Archive]

Just cleared the October 7X bonus. Anyways i cashed out no problem and left a bit in my account. I go to sit down and it says I am temporarily frozen. What the heck is this about?

Paypro/Party sent me their email that my cashout was approved like 5 minutes after O cashed out
