Relevant reads: I am very sure I have villain in this hand beat or tied. What I want to know is what is the best way to maximize my gains from this hand.

My two option are push here, or call here, call turn, push river.

Which line do you guys take in this situation

If you are sure you are ahead, raise now. Given relevant stack sizes it's going to be fairly easy to get the money in on the turn if you make it around 25 to go now.
