Assuming the situation does not change. And assuming that games will stay significantly easier at Party than at the skins. What will you do?
i think almost everybody is undecided right now

I think I'm going to have to do a controlled experiment and see which is more profitable, and choose the higher +EV proposition.

Won't it take a ridiculously long time to whip up a sample large enough to draw any conclusions from? Of course the only question is how much tougher the games will get at the skins. Very hard to measure.

Obviously continue to play there if my EV/hourly rate is higher than anywhere else. Otherwise move.

Please, everybody abandon Empire and let me sample the fish population without any 2+2ers polluting the sample. I will report back with results in a month...or two.

Other - no idea yet. I need to come up with a new planny plan, maybe, depending on how bad this hurts STT's.

Availability of games will be the largest problem on the skins unless they get a large influx of new players, not that the games may get tougher, at least at the higher levels.
Just did a quick check and Party has 25 $215 SnG at the moment and Empire a grand total of 2. Can't exactly multi table if things stay that way.
