Non-English Online Poker Clients?

Does anyone have an accurate list of which online poker sites offer non-english poker clients and what those languages are? I have found a couple listings online, but have found the information in them to be incorrect.

What languages are Party Poker/Party skins offered in? How about the other major poker sites?

Is it actully a Russian company? Party is retarded but I don't think it's possible to trust a Russian gambling site.
