I have signed up at Absolut Poker, but only for play money. Can I get rake-back somehow now when I'm going to sign up for real money?

most sites allow you to choose an affiliate until you make a real money deposit. I suggest you email support and get it from them, rather from an affiliate. Just make it clear you won't deposit unless you can choose your affiliate. I am quite sure you will get the answer you want.
