case 1:
lets say jim plays the 33s on party poker for a 20%roi for an even $6/tournament.
case 2:
jim gets an offer to play 22s on another site, for free, and again he has a 20% roi. so thats $4/tournament but he gets to keep his $2 so just like the first case he basically 'earns' $6/tournament.
jim is adequately rolled for both cases 1 and 2.
you are jim.

RiskOfRuin(playing $20+$2) < RiskOfRuin(playing $30+$3)

A math guy would have to give more thought out reasoning for this, but it seems to me that it's the freebie 22's EASILY, as the $2 profit portion is guaranteed every single tourney, whereas in the 33's, it is subject to variance.
My guess it tht long term you have equal profit with about 33% less volatility. With and infinite bankroll in a vacuum, it doesn't really matter which, but we all know that $$$ ain't infinite, and Hoover's aren't big enough, (well, J Edgar was....)

Choose the network where you can make the best hourly rate.
That is, how fast do the SnGs 'fill', how long do they last.
That is why I voted Party.
