WOOHOO gl Chris.

Chris, who is 27 years old, was born in Atlanta, GA and now lives in Spring Hill, TN (south of Nashville), where he is Chief Financial Officer for a small restaurant chain. He graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2000 with a degree in accounting.
After seeing the movie “Rounders,” he was inspired to learn how to play poker. His favorite poker player is Phil Hellmuth, who he was lucky enough not to go up against in the 2003 WSOP. He is a regular cash game player in Tunica and other clubs in the South, but the main event of the WSOP is his first live tournament. He plays in many tournaments online at PokerStars, and won his WSOP seat after playing an $80 satellite.

Chris and his wife have a new baby girl, Ashley, who is 3 months old and occupies most of Chris’ spare time. When he’s not spending time with his wife and new daughter, he likes to play golf, and is an avid pro football and baseball fan.

Chris says that he’s “thrilled to be involved in the biggest tournament in the world,” and loves the first-class treatment he is getting from PokerStars.

Purely selfishly, I'm cheering for him because, think of the influx of new blood we're going to get in online poker if he wins this thing. Particularly at Pokerstars, but probably all over the net. Go Chris!

He is almost there....gl Chris you need it...

3.25am CDT - The heads up started very cagey with Sam trying to keep the betting as small as possible, trying to just chip away at Chris's stack as he feels he can outplay in on the flop. No special hands to report, just passing chips back and forth right now.

The players had a short break and decided that no deal would be done.

Heads up now between Chris MoneyMaker with 6 million in chips, and Sam Farha with 2.5 million in chips.

2.50am – CDT - Dan Harrington goes out in 3rd place and wins $660,000.
On a flop of 2, 6, 10 all diamonds, Chris bets, and was re raised All in by Dan.
Chris called with 10, 9 no diamonds, and Dan held 6 ? Ace on the turn, and river and
Dan Was Out.
