AJo caught between a calling station and a maniac

I raised here to isolate the fish but got 3-bet by a maniac on the Button. Button is one of my primary contributors, as he will 3-bet with hands like A /images/graemlins/spade.gif2 /images/graemlins/club.gif and K /images/graemlins/diamond.gif5 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif

UTG+1 seems to be the standard 2/4 loose passive - 67% VPIP, very low aggression.

Preflop I did not feel comfortable capping. Should I have capped?

On the flop I was hoping the maniac would raise and knock out UTG+1 but the maniac just called. Was this OK?

On the turn I figured that my outs were very slim and am ready to wave the white flag. What to do here?

I need a better line. Help?

I like it so far. I call down unless the LPP wakes up, also I might not overcall on the river, although it'd be tempting getting 11 to 1 when the maniac has any 2 and the LPP could be calling with queen high.

yeah, gotta call down now but not liking it scenario. Button probably bet on pair being bluff card and you showing weakness. lp could have anything from oesd , inside draw, to a 7 or a T. so who knows. lps love 9 or above with a T even from utg.
