weird PM from unkown 16 yr old

I just received a PM from someone claiming to be a 16 year old that supposedly can't deposit money into a poker account, but is looking to borrow money at a certain interest rate... I can't tell it this is a joke or... entrapment...

I think mods should do something to get rid of people spamming through PM. Maybe have a minimum post limit of 50-100 before you can PM others.
