I usually overbet the pot with an overpair (bar aces) on the flop. Your weak check on the turn with the 2nd 10 after betting every street allows villain to make this play with a wide range of holdings. Having said that, I would fold the river. You've only invested 155, no need to guess and lose another 250 if you're wrong. If he's bluffed you, so be it. My $0.02
