Party/Empire clients not openning

I've been trying to log into either site for the last 15-20 minutes. Anyone else having problems? Anyone playing notice excessive traffic or anything?

I was playing up to a bit ago and the client quit responding. Restarted and can't get back on. How this site is toppling Para is beyond me.

Cant log on. says connection established but nothing. Really getting sick of this it happens way to often there.
