2-2-5 NL at Greektown in Detroit. I have about $3000.

Folds Around to MP+2 and he makes it $20. He's pretty passive. He has about $340 in chips.
Next guy say 'I want to isolate you' and makes it $55 to go. He has about $2200. SB calls with about $1000.
I have 55 in the BB. I call, original raiser call.

Pot is about $220
Flop 359 rainbow.

Bingo!

I check, preflop raiser bets $55, pre-flop re-raiser makes it $165, sb folds. I call, the short stack goes all-in. Re-raiser calls. It's on me. What's my plan the rest of the hand?

I don't see how you get any more money of "the isolater" unless he's a donkey.
That said, he might be married to AA or KK here on such a dry board.
If you're happy taking the pot as is, go ahead and push, no way he isolater has 99 here, although short stack could. If you think you can string this guy along, bet 1/3-1/2 on turn and same on river provided no real scare cards (mostly A or K) hit.
Very read dependent.
