My Top 8

1. KG
2. Lebron
3. Marion
4. Ak-47
5. Dirk
6. Amare
7. Arenas
8. Kobe

After 1 and 2, I think it gets really tough. I think Amare, Dirk, Marion and Ak-47 are interchangeable. Kobe's FG% will continue to be in the low 40s, and I like Arenas to follow up the good year. Couldn't get much past 8 for now - Duncan and McGrady/Pierce probably, but I'm not sure.

Thoughts??

Depends on your league settings. Roto, H2H, or pts/salary cap? # of categories? Position requirements? All of that stuff matters, although not quite as much in the first round, where you generally take best available player. Fantasybasketballcafe's (http://www.fantasybasketballcafe.com/player_rankings.php) general rankings are:

1. Kevin Garnett
2. LeBron James
3. Dirk Nowitzki
4. Shawn Marion
5. Amare Stoudamire
6. Tracy McGrady
7. Tim Duncan
8. Kobe Bryant
9. Andre Kirilenko
10. Allen Iverson

Depends on scoring system of course, but I think Lebron is the new #1 overall.

I love Kirilenko, but #4 is probably a tad too high for him, and #7 seems too high for Arenas as well.

If Dirk is center eligible again, I think he should be #3 or maybe even #2.

Same with Duncan, if you can play him at center he is definitely in the top 8.

Duncan seems to miss 15 games a year, or else he would be there.

a PF that goes 15/10/2/2 is in no way overrated at #4. He'll probably even outdo that.
