View Full Version : Neteller EFT not here 1 week later

Has it ever taken this long for anyone else? It's been 7 days. I talked to live support and they are saying I might have to scan bank statements and fax them in. How lame. My bank is wells fargo.

Not unheard of.

I seem to recall a rep telling me that it takes at least 3-5 days.

If you requested it on Friday afternoon, it probably wouldn't have been processed in any way before Monday . . . so my guess is that you might see something this afternoon or at the latest on Monday.

yeah it does sometimes take up to 5 "business" days at times. in your case, since this next monday is a US federal holiday, you might not see anything until Tuesday.

i use neteller a great deal, and it has worked pretty good for me (so far).

This is true. Neteller doesn't process any money to or from a bank account on the weekends.
