So we can finally be sure that everyone who visits 2+2 is a winning player.

I don't, but on the off chance the OP ever posts again, he might want to know not to do that.

Oh, it already should be obvious that everyone but ace in the whole is killing the game for 2351234521365123451235 ROI and makes $112352156213452135/hr.

I think this means they are 6906 tabling, but I only did the calculation very quickly, so I may be wrong.

LOL /images/graemlins/smile.gif I think all my recent rants have been due mostly to nicotine withdrawl because after playing 56 $33's today I actually made $500 putting me at +170 for the month. Holla.
And thanks for the helpful and encouraging post.

Out.

If you are worried about what players to avoid at the 33s, you damn sure don't need to be playing the 109s.
The 30s fill up so fast that you really don't have any time to scout the table before it fills up and starts without you. Looking for players to avoid at this level is more trouble than it is worth, IMO. Put Raptor across the table from me and fill in the rest with your average 33 donk and I'm in a +ev situation.

I play the 33s on party. I have started to take it much more seriously this month. so far, i have been killing. I dont 4 table, I only 2 table, but i am making about 27 an hour...Right now, my sample size is too small, around 150 sngs, but if i can keep up these numbers and/or only experience a small drop off when i start to 4 table, my future looks bright.

Since I 2-table, how much of a drop off would you expect if someone jumps to 4-tables?

$27 for 2 tables ~ 1 hr?

That's a 27/66 = 40.9% ROI. LOL

Good luck keeping that up.

I don't think you really need to worry about ROI going down, as long as your $/hr goes up. In the long run, all we care is the money, not the ROI numbers, right?

believe me, i am dreading it...i realize it isnt sustainable. I have played a lot more than 150 with good results, but only 150 on this computer and i ditched my other one, so i lost all the HHs...

I realize i am in for a rough stretch at some point to bring my numbers back down to earth...just gotta prepare and be ready for it mentally.

10-07-2005, 12:01 PM
ya, i bought a new computer, set up rakeback and decided to go nuts...over my first 150 33s, i have 47% itm and 41% ROI

You dont have to tell me its not sustainable...well aware of it, but let me enjoy it while it lasts /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Okay...well for that matter GoBlue and philosoph.....I'm sure I can remember a few others too.

Crzychinaman I think is the only one still playing almost exclusively $33s, altho I really dont' know b/c I don't particularly play much of 'em anymore.

Yeah, I certainly avoided you, /images/graemlins/frown.gif.

Well for a couple months where I played a ton (for me) of 33s I think table selection actually *did* need to come into play. I avoided players and *still8 ended up playing many strong players multiple times. Irie posted about that bottleneck as many probably remember and just at that time it was clearing up.

I haven't played the $33s regularly enough since then but I'd imagine there isn't nearly the bottleneck that there used to be.

The solid players I see the most are CrzyChinaMan and fireballjohn. My name is Hornacek930 or OkeyBokey1 or Milicic1 on those sites. I used to play a ton, but not as much since I graduated college and started working.

you might want to take shots at teh 50s before taking shots at the 100s... just a though...

as for philosoph, i'm not sure, there might be a _ at the end of the 215s player with the same name, who is most likely gammon.

c

ps: this thread sucks.

the player pool is too big to worry about specific players
besides, if anyone gets really good, they're moving up in stakes. so you should really just worry about the actions of each player at your table during that particular torunament

i thought that they were the same person. it's entirely possible your info is better than mine though.
