Opponent is a LAG. Bad LAG. Should I be checking the turn in these situations?

are you betting the turn for value?

and would the flush completing induce him to bet or shut him down?

its just it seems the term LAG is overused in this forum.

There are different types of LAGS.

Partly for value and partly because I wanted to get money in with top pair just in case he was on some type of draw too. I was planning on checking the river unless I hit a club if he called the turn.
