Does anyone know whether the entries have been capped to the original 10 players per team, or whether it has been decided to open it up to all comers?

I can't make it and I'm on the list. You're welcome to my spot.

As far as Truepoker knows, the ZOO/VP tourney on Saturday will be 20 players. If you have been listed as a player for 2+2 by Rusty, but cannot make it, please RSVP to Handreview@truepoker.com so we can strike your name and seat an alternate.
If it IS restricted to 20 players, we need to have the names confirmed on Friday to HandReview@Truepoker.com so we can set up the tourney for those players (or alternates). We are planning to set up two tables and randomly seat the 20 players.

IF a decision is made by edwardr and Rusty, as team reps to open it up, then we can allow more people in, provided they will self identify what team they play for.

I am one of the 10 original players for the Zoo.
I WILL be playing.
I HAVE confirmed with TruePoker as requested above.

I AM STILL unclear (as they are) if the tournament is spread only for the original amount of 20 players, or whether it has been opened up.

Does anyone have some clarification?

Hello ZOO Team:

This is HostRich with the details for your VP vs ZOO tourney on Saturday.

I as TrueRefRich, will be setting up a private room (no play) at 12pm EDT an hour before the start time of 1pm CDT.
The room will be named VP/ZOO pre-tourney and will be found at $3/6 Real Money Holdem.

Please request to join that table (by request) when you log on, and come in and say hi. Stay and chat or go play in a ring game. Further I request you do this no later than 20 minutes before scheduled tourney start time at 1pm EDT).

Please be sure that you have opened and FUNDED your accounts, otherwise you won't make it to the VP/ZOO pre-tourney room.

Once we have the confirmed 20 players, I will set the tournament up and register all participants. This should take no more than 10 minutes.
The Tournament will be set up as follows:

Name: VP vs ZOO Tourney
Tables – 2
Type – Holdem No Limit
Buyin - $30
Fee - $0
Total Pool - $600
Payout - our normal payouts are tables + 2 which would be 4 ways, but can be adjusted.
Bounty - $100 at $5 per player paid to the "head hunter" after the tourney, once the tourney records are received by Hand Review. Winner keeps his “scalp”.

Starting Chips - $1000
Stakes/Changes - start at 15/30 and change every 16 minutes
Breaks - 5 minutes at $750
Allin Ins - 0

I'm posting to bump this thread to the top of the line.........

All Zoo players....Please pay attention to above post by Hand Review!!

Also, as of Friday morning, it looks as if we still have 2 open spots to fill our roster....

It sure would suck the big one if we didn't fill and lost on points because of "no shows", wouldn't it??

thank you for doing this plus the money added.

my only problem is the structure and asking if this can be changed.
we start with 33x the BB...it is like maniac time real quick.
in our PL tourney at dynamite we started with 2000 chips at 10/15. i'm not asking for that, but we need at least 50x to start for skill to take any part in this.

can we have 2000 chips? please!

Thanks

i only asked for 2,000. i think 3,000 would be better.
does your side agree and can we get true poker to do this?
