This is a tough one.

You are being offered 30% pot odds.

Hands that you are worse than 30% here are AA, KK, QQ...that's it.

Hands that your pretty much exactly 30% is AK, A8, K8 and any Q with a higher kicker. Oh, and any pocket pair between Q and 8.

Other than that you are worst case 35%.

Best case, he's got some kind of suited connector like JT, T9, etc. In which case you're about 55%.

Based on the fact that your are rarely very far above 30% here, some times worst, and most likely exactly 30%. I fold. Also, folding leaves you still ahead of the shorter stack and he's faced with the BB in two hands. So you still have a decent shot at third.
