as far as i know, you dont. you can use the money in that account to buy crap online (use your accoutn number like a visa card). if you need the money, deposit it all into a party skin (they take epassporte), play a bunch of hands so it doesnt look like money laundering, then cash it out to neteller or IGM or whatever you use.

When you sign up for epassporte you can option the Electron visa ATM card. Then cash straight out thru any ATM, slightly better bang for your bucks than Neteller debit card I found.

No just register your bank acct and u can withdrawl via eft (just like neteller).

Is this true? I see on epassporte's website that there is a $5 charge per $100 for re-load fee. Is cashing out from a poker site considered re-loading?
