I can't decide if I want to shell out the $500 (with current coupon) for the Dell 2001 FP or just wait until I can get a really great price on it hopefully under $400 (maybe around christmas time).

1. How much did you pay for your 2001 FP?
2. Who did you get it through? (Dell, Ebay, fatwallet, ect.)
3. What time of year did you buy it? (Better coupon deal maybe?)

$460 and worth every penny plus much more. After playing on one for a while you will wonder how you ever did without it, but it is up to you if you want to wait to buy one for cheaper or not, we cant answer that for you.

about $500 for 2, $550 for 1, and 1 was like $350 w/ new comp, but this was instead of 10 or 15% coupon, so essentially about the same as the others

Several months ago, there was a great coupon combo from Dell, plus I'm in Oregon where there's no sales tax.

I believe that cubswin is the only 2p2er who got one cheaper than I did.

$350 from eBay. Minor flaw that isn't noticable while playing, or watching a movie. (only on a white background and its the size of a quarter)
