Villian is 41.3/2.17/0.79 Is this a horrible fold? Edit: Forgot to mention I've seen him limp with AQ to open before so I don't think he's raising many weak hands.

Given his stats I think you are beat. I would peel the flop and fold the turn like you did.

I like the check-raise. If we're ahead, we need to push UTG out of the pot.

I think if you had position you could squeek out a call on the turn and fold the river UI. Since you don't, I think you have to fold the turn.
