My sister wants to cashout $1000( actually I won them but the money is on her account after I sent it to hers( just in case ure wondering empirepoker can disallow interaccount tranfers and they didnt))I also played a little on her account, however today they called her and she didnot want to speak on the phone.
What are the procedures she will have to follow? thanks.

you seem shady... you could email them and ask them to cancel the cashout and then cashout in smaller increments over time. they generally don't require a phone call.

just deal with them over email. it will take a little longer, but unless you want to fake your sisters voice, its your only option.
