i mean it just dosent feel right capping preflop, then giving up without a fight postflop, but obviously i cant continue here

I meant it as in, why not fold, it's a good fold.

Yes, easy flop fold. And I just call the preflop 3-bet against unknowns, planning to raise any flop that doesn't suck as much as this one; while it does make it easier to fold the flop if SB leads into you after your cap, nothing destroys your table image quite like capping preflop &amp; folding to a single bet on the flop.
