Okay, I got this shortly after I deposited using Firepay for the first time. I found it odd that they said

"We have been unable to contact you at the phone number you provided"

when they did not attempt to call me. What kind of verification are they looking for here? Am I going to have to fax or e-mail stuff in? Sounds like a lot of hassle to verify an account that I have been using for a few months now.

They just want to verify your account information. I have had the same from each skin. Never been a problem. Just call them and answer a few questions.

They just want to see your # show up on their Caller ID. Only takes a minute.
