bankroll question

I usually play limit poker on-line but have recently started playing primarily SnG for the past couple of weeks to change things up and I have been enjoying it.

I have 2 question

1. What bankroll do you need to play a certain buyin SnG?

2. What is the expected earning per SnG for an above average player?
