Raise, this is a blind-steal situation. He could easily have KQ, KJ, KT, 88, 77 and possibly less. If he shows further agression I fold. Otherwise bet the turn and check the river.

do you see his pfr and how passive he is? Strangely at the time I was thinking if the 64 were 78 or 2 hearts Id raise instantly because I would call and calling would be weak. Given the circumstances I dont know where to go.

I wouldn't sweat over this fold. Looks fine given what you know about Villain.

Based on his preflop passiveness, what do you think is hand range is? In my mind he has a high pair more than AK or AQ here. Do you think he is weak enough to fold TT-KK here fearing you have you ace? If so, then raise and fold to a three-bet. If he just calls then fire again on the turn and don't put any more bets in the pot. If the player can't get rid of a hand that beats you, then I think your fold is okay. I don't think a calldown is the right play here as this player is unlikely to three-bet KQ, KJ, etc.
