First hand. Is this standard or should I be making a smaller bet on the flop? I had to bet, and figured anything else reasonable would almost commit me.

Looks like somewhat of an overbet. I wouldn't feel super-committed with this hand. I'd bet 3/4 of the pot (my usual continuation bet) and await developments.

I like it because T9 calls anyway.
