I check this through personally. Villian probably has a better hand here and is going to call a bet the majority of the time.

I would check dawg. I really can't see him having a worse hand and paying off. Unless he's a total maniac, what could he have? QJ is a straight, KJ is two pair as is TJ. I think this is a strong hand scared of the straight possibility a lot. When people see that one card straight they freeze up, especially when you could easily have a Q. If he's a maniac on some sort of weak hand or bluff he'd probably bet that river.

Here's another vote for checking the river. Aside from the chance of getting raised, I don't see him folding a better hand or calling with a worse one often enough. And he looks like a better hand.
