Can you legally buy Lortab/Vicodin in Mexico?

I will be visiting Cozumel Mexico next week. My doctor prescribes me Lortabs because I have cronic lower back pain and inflammation but sometimes he can be a little stingy and plus I have to pay for office visits everytime I need a refill. I've heard about pharmacys down their where you can get anything but didnt know if it was true. If it is I was planning on just stocking up on some (just a good amount for personal use, not a whole suitcase or anything, Im not a dealer or planning on selling them) , but was curious and cautious about the legality of buying it an bringing it back to the US. I will also be visiting Belize City too and dont know anything about that place, any info and advice would be appreciated.

You are seriously aking for trouble by getting drugs from down there. Just pay the money and get the FDA certified stuff.

Sort of. They sell neopercodan and some form of vicodan.. If I remember correctly. Valuim is easy to get. No problem bring it past the border. The places I found it were boreder towns.

The other thing I recomened is finding out exacty what you have. The internet is a good place. Due to the fact that these pills might have more tylenol in them than you expecet.

Many of them don't even bother checking into the validity of your medical claims, even if they ask for records or the phone # of your PCP.

yes you can get whatever you want in mexico and it will be fine as long as you aren't stupid. bringing it back to the US may or may not be legal, but pretty easy regardless.
