Using Neteller at Wsex - They need password too?

Just tried going back to wsex but when I tried using Neteller, they asked for my account number, password, AND my secure ID. Have they always done this? I don't remember any other site asking for the password. /forums/images/icons/ooo.gif

wsex should post this on the cashier page because it confuses ALOT of people.

the password you are being prompted for there is your wsex password, NOT your NETeller password.

I just tried it again using my WSEX password and it's saying my password is incorrect. Are you sure of this? If they DO want my neteller password AND Account ID AND my secure ID....well then...I'll pass.

Could somebody else try it and let me know?

Phone the help line listed on the website. When i had a problem i used it and they were very helpful.

it is your WSEX password. i have never, ever had to put my neteller password in the cashout pop-up at WSEX, or any other poker site.

however, i have always had to put my WSEX password in that small popup cahout window.

but jedi gave ya the best advice anyway
