Too tight. Too aggro. Definately folding your BB too much.

Your postflop is probably a mess.
Defend your BB a lot more.
from just looking at it it looks like you are folding your BB a bit much when somebody is stealing but i dont think its that out of line. However you go to showdown too much and need to get that down to like 33-35. Also your flop aggresion is crazy? I couldnt imagine having a 6 aggro flop calm down on some flops raising for free cards really doesnt work that much as every1 tries to do it.

The two biggest problems I see are:
-WSD seems too high for 3/6. You're probably making marginal call downs that are on the minus side of EV.
-You need to defend your BB more. Be fairly liberal with that you defend with against light button raiser.

ok, ill admit that I am kind of lost on how to play my bb vs a steal, is there a good thread or some good rule of thumbs for this?

In short, flop a pair and get to showdown against aggro players and value bet LPs. It's more complicated than that, but yeah I know I've read some good posts, I think one was by nate and is in the archives.
Edit: Ok I found a couple (I noticed that I'm a poobah now and decided not a be a lazy ef):
