full table party 2k game

i have 2.4k, bb has me covered. game is running along normally, nothing out of the blue. i have a somewhat aggressive image going on across my 4 tables, though not particularly on this. i only mention this because a couple of my opponents are sitting at multiple tables with me, including the bb.

bad player limps UTG+1. i raise to 70 with Q /images/graemlins/spade.gifJ /images/graemlins/spade.gif. Button calls. SB folds. BB calls. UTG+1 folds. 3 ways for 240.

flop: A /images/graemlins/diamond.gifQ /images/graemlins/heart.gifJ /images/graemlins/heart.gif

BB checks. Now a lot of the times I'll check here but I decided to bet 200. button folds. BB makes it 460.

Any suggestions?

I think I fold as there is no way he doesn't know you have AQ or AJ and AK and AT aren't that far behind you. ATh or AKh would be really bad and obviously AQ and AJ.

It's gonna get costly if you continue and you're not beating much given that you have done all you can to represent a strong hand with your EP raise and flop bet. BB likes his hand and you're either [censored], or barely winning (ie he has lots of redraws). Fold.

ok i guess this is pretty standard when even a NL newbie like schneider can get the right answer.

in the actual hand i called the raise, then i realized i was being retarded and wish i haddn't done that and folded to a turn pot sized bet on a blank.

what was wrong with just losing twenty bucks with this hand instead of 220 or the 460.

I think he's questioning why hero didn't limp preflop.

Right. I'm saying that the point of the raise was that OP wanted to get heads-up with the bad player. I wouldn't mind playing QJ in position against a bad limper.
