View Full Version : Why the Vikings will still win the division.

1) There 3 loses were against three of the best teams in the league thus far two of them away (Cin, Atl), one (Tampa), which they easily could have won.
2) Culpepper will get better, (he can't get worse)
3) There defense will get healthy and there O line better during the bye
4) They still play Chicago, Detroit, and Green Bay 2 times each.

sounds like pretty good points.
i guessed lions in the other thread but did not think about it too long.
they probably are the only team in the divison with good talent on both side of the ball.

This is exactly why fans in all three of these cities remain confident.

You're right -- they lost to 3 good teams. But they didn't even make it interesting. I didn't watch the Bucs game, but there performance in the Bengals and Falcons games were putrid. The Vikes are terrible. Their "much improved" defense can't stop anybody.

They very well may make it into the playoffs...with a 6-10 record of course.

I like yours. It was on AMC yesterday afternoon. I like it more with each viewing. It's gone from
