So yesterday i called paypal about the xbox i ordered and they said they couldnt do anything about it since over the 45 days. So they sent me some links to internet fraud sites. http://www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp

I have no idea how these things work it looks like i file a complaint and they notify the police not sure if they do anything or not. But i think i may have enough informtion after looking thru things at work today. Paypal lists the guys name then sell.com lists his hometown. So i think i can find his phone number and address. So my question is do i call the police where he is at and if so are the odds of me getting my money back alot more +EV then if i didnt know the guys name?
