Almost a full table, stack around ~700, played tight so far with no cards. Blinds 25/50. No one at the table has built a stack yet. I catch 66 in MP. Folded to me. What do I do? Calling shows weakness and will probably get popped from CO or button. Raising isn't so good, and a fold doesn't seem right.
