Stats on STT. What should I be shooting for?

I am sure there are some good posts reguarding stats on STT. I was wondering if anyone could help me out with a few things?
1) How many buy ins at each level would you say is required for your bank roll to avoid Risk Of Ruin?
2) What is an acceptable "in the money" percentage and "return on investment" to get to before you can consider yourself beating a level?(I am currently at 38% mostly at the 11 level, not sure of ROI)
3) What site is the the best for STT?
4) How many STT do I need to play at each level to get an accurate idea of my stats?
