He's 27.3/9.1 over 100 hands...

His play screams overpair on the turn... Do I ever lay this down or just check call the rest of the way down?

I think you can make a disciplined fold on the turn. All signs point to JJ, KK, AA.

When SB leads into you on the flop despite your preflop cap, I might start calling down then.

The turn checkraise looks like bad news. But I'd probably tell myself it could still be TT or 99 or even A /images/graemlins/diamond.gif K /images/graemlins/diamond.gif and call down.

Yeah, it's usually very difficult to fold an overpair. I call down (probably beginning from the flop).

I probably would call down from the flop and expect to see AA or KK. Of course I suck with QQ so maybe that is part of my problem /images/graemlins/confused.gif

If you believe that he views you as a little LAG and/or you know that he's tricky, you can make a case for calling down. But the way this hand went down, I think this is as close as you can get to an easy turn fold with an overpair HU.
