You could probably find a 512MB flash player for that amount.

A few years ago, Creative came out with their 4GB Muvo2, retail price: $200.

Funny thing was the 4GB drive in the MP3 player was worth about $500+, so people were buying the players, taking the drives out (http://www.pcconsultant.com/microdrive.htm) and reselling them on eBay. All that remained were the otherwise useless "shells (http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?sofocus=unknown&sbrftog=1&from=R10&sati tle=muvo2+shell&sacat=-1%26catref%3DC6&bs=Search&sargn=-1%26saslc%3D2&sadis=200&fpos=11355&ftrt=1&ftrv=1&s aprclo=&saprchi=&fsop=1%26fsoo%3D1&coaction=compar e&copagenum=1&coentrypage=search)," which they resorted to put on eBay as well.

I picked one up for about $30 and used my digital camera's CF card for the memory. It's a very nice player.
