Never recieved purchased item what to do?

I ordered an Xbox off a site called www.sell.com (http://www.sell.com) It seems to have a good amount of business and the person i purchased the Xbox from had good ratings and replied to my questions quickly. Well he kept saying he would have the Xbox for me soon and I never received it. Well I reported him the site and now it looks like they have blocked him. He does not have any items for sale anymore. I cannot find a phone # for www.sell.com (http://www.sell.com) and I’m really not sure if the dude is going to send me the Xbox now. The site doesn’t seem to go into details on what they do if something happens like this.

I used Papal to purchase the Xbox and they have a 45 day period to report anything its past that since sell.com has a 90 day period. Will i get the Xbox or my money back or am i just Fcuked. And what can I do now I contacted sell.com and the seller today so I’m not sure if ill get anything back or not.

I went thru there contact page and they have a box that comes up and sends it that way. I could not find email or phone for the site.

Have you exhausted all your avenues with Paypal? Explain your situation and see what they can do.

FWIW, next time pay with a credit card. Credit card companies are great at charging back merchants when they do not provide the product/service promised.

im thinking it may be like amazon where they do not list it on there site. But im having problems finding it on google also.

Yea i see this now i thought paypal was the better way to go. I used paypal buyers credit so that may help some.

anyone know what the odds of The Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC). Doing something about this since Paypal will not and www.sell.com (http://www.sell.com) tells me to contact paypal.
