What would you say is an average/high winrate/BB for a Winning Omaha 50$ 6-max level? Is it possible to sustain a 21bb/100 or am i just pushing my luck? What kinds of winrates are you guys getting at or around these levels and what would be a more practicle winrate to look forward to? (that is if 21bb/100 is outragous, i really dont know)

Do you have a very good reason to believe that your play improved dramatically after the first 2000 hands?

If not, I think it's safe to say that you went on a 1000 hand lucky streak (lucky in the sense that you only got hit hard once and got it all back immediately). I've had similar streches and they were always followed by periods like the first 2000 hands in your graph. Also, these cold "streaks" are far more common than the explosion you're currently on.

Remember, even 10 thousand hands isn't enough to confidently determine if your long term winrate is positive ot negative.

Finally, 21 bb/100 (if that's big bets not big blinds) is VERY high over the long term and probably unsustainable against all but the very weakest opponents. From what I understand, anything over 10 big bets/100 hands can be considered "crushing".

I would say that to get an actual winrate you would need between 150,000 and 200,000 hands.

I would say 50,000 hands would give you a reasonable indication.

I don't believe that 21PTBB/100 is sustainable.

I'm curious as to the basis for this statement. Not that I disagree with it, because I don't necessarily ...

I would suspect that at $50 PLO 6-max table would provide you with more opportunities to stack opponents if you play a selectively aggressive game. Why wouldn't 15-20 BB/100 be sustainable there? 50K hands here @23 BB/100, PLO 400-2000, but *no games played* at 6-max tables.

Based on your graph though, I agree with another poster ... this is a dramatic swing that indicates a sudden epiphany or a tremendous run of luck.
