scrambles eggs, bacon and cheese, are the basics. Also add salsa, rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream. Very easy to make, and quite good.

Of course it would be. You are putting way too much thought into this.

Yes and cook some peppers and onions with your potatoes.

Assumption: you've eaten one and you liked it.

In the bread section, usually, you'll find tortillas. They come in corn or flour versions. They also come in different sizes. Grab a package.

You've got eggs? If not, head for the dairy section. Pick up a dozen.

You like bacon or sausage? (I prefer chorizo and bacon.) Make a decision.

How about potatoes? Pick up a package of frozen hash browns. Or O'Briens.

Salsa is absolutely required. Chunky, runny, cilantro... the list goes on and on.

Some like diced onions and/or green peppers.

Slice, dice, mix, fry, scramble, etc., all the stuff you want inside the thing.

Put a tortilla between two moist paper towels. Nuke for 10-15 seconds.

Fill to your heart's content, roll 'em up, grab a cerveza and caramba! Muy bueno!

Just remember that your homemade ones will be about 4x the size of the cheap ones at McDonalds or wherever.
