i don't like the turn at all.

at first i was like, whoa! what a flop! then i realised 57s doesn't mean 5 /images/graemlins/spade.gif7 /images/graemlins/spade.gif.. ugh. why not just adopt the most sensible terminology, and make the letter indicate the suit?

57h = 5 /images/graemlins/heart.gif7 /images/graemlins/heart.gif etc.

i do, opponent could find a fold, or it could work out as a free showdown play, and of course you are free to value bet when you slam it

opponent probably had a K high flush draw and got "very rucky"
