Creating a New Empire Account

I cancelled an account that I had with Empire back in March. I continue to get snail mail from Empire for me to log back in.

Can I create a new account with them with a different e-mail, but the same Neteller information, or will that send up any flags???

I have just tried the same... the wont accept my Neteller
