That's not the nuts...the nuts is Q-10. I'd shove that on the turn. Your hand is very vulnerable, you can lose to a higher flush, a ten on the river for someone to make a higher flush with a single queen, an eight on the river for someone to chop with a single ten, and if any scary card comes then your hand doesn't look too concealed anymore.

Raise the turn 100% of the time. I can't count, so i have no idea how much is in the pot. I'd probably raise it to about 500-600. Make then pay to draw.

Also, any scare card on the river will ruin your action.

What he said. I see this all the time, with players not realizing what the nuts actually is. This is a very important skill to learn. (Also, stop playing T8o, even from the button.)
