W.S.O.OOT - Round 1 [Archive] - Two Plus Two Older Archives

After 48 hours the results of the WSOOOT: Qualifying Round were made available, with a total of 232 votes, these first 5 "regulars" made their exit from the competition:

* Thinman was out first with 80 votes against him.
* Followed by Peachy with 60 votes against her.
* Vavavoom was out next with 50 votes against him.
* Followed closely by Busterstacks with 47 against.
* And steelmcg was the last of the 5 to be out, with 44 against him.
* Guy on Tilt was then disqualified as it came to light he was a mod, sorry GOT.

So looking at the current ranking table, here's how it looks:

54th - peachy (60 votes)
53rd - Vavavoom (50 votes)
52nd - Busterstacks (47 votes)
51st - steelcmg (44 votes)
50th - GOT (disq.)

That leaves 49 Regulars who will enter Round 1.

I propose that since we're down to 49 people, that we go in groups of seven instead of five. There are a few advantages to what I will call "Rounds of Seven".

1) 7 goes into 49 evenly - in fact, 49 is the square of 7!
2) We could have 7 rounds of Seven.
2a) We'll get this debacle over with faster.
3) What else goes by 7? It's about time 7 gets some love.

That's cos the concept of 'who don't you like' is retarded. It's obvious those with higher profiles whose names people remember will tend to get more votes than those not recognised, whatever.

poster A: lots of posts, liked about 50/50

if the question is 'who do you dislike', A will be removed
