Playing on a 1/2 ring table on Stars right now. Guy continually saying he is going to blow his head off, jump off a bridge etc. Saying he has a gambling problem, wife divorced him. My chat is 1 month banned on there lol, so i cant say anything. Email stars support? Getting a bit disturbing. He may be just drunk out of his mind but the chat is very screwed up.

I don't know if you can private message him on stars (I don't have an account there). If you can send him the suicide hotline number.

He has toned it down now. I did email support. Hopefully they can deal with this issue.

Hello XXXX,

Thank you for your email and concerns.

I have reviewed the players account and deemed that the player is clearly
within their means (no signs of problem gambling).

I then instigated a live chat window with the player via the software to
discuss their comments. The player stated that it was just frustration
about bad beats, and that clearly he was kidding. I have accepted his
explanation and issued a warning to the player about his chat (profanity).

The player should have made a comment to the table appologising.

If there is anything further that we can help you with please let us know.

Pokerstars support still pwns even though they banned my chat for a frustration F'ing Moran or 2. Thanks for the advice. I felt this post was necessary as this player appeared to be very disturbed.
