There are two identical rooms. In one of these rooms, a couple had a terrible screaming argument (imagine the worst fight you have ever had with a significant other). The other room is identical and nobody has been in it. You show up one minute later and are told to determine which room had the fighting couple in it? Are you going to be able to determine which room had the couple? Could anyone determine which room had the couple with any accuracy?

Assuming average room size, typical ventilation and a short interval between the argument and the subsequent viewing, the temperature might be perceptibly higher and the smells in the room perceptibly telling, to the mere mortal.

I think the humidity would also be significantly higher in the room with the argument. Also, the aura would be bright red. I'm kidding.

Egon and Ray did some similar experiments in Ghostbusters II.
