Just bought a skateboard from a friend in the dorms. 51.5 wheels and a pretty decent sized deck. It's been about 4 years since I skated which I did for about 3 months. I stopped because I tried to go down a massive hill, eventually fell off, and got big road burns on both arms. Anyway I'm going to ride it to class across campus which is about a 5 block ride. Will I fall?

It depends. Are you gonna be on sidewalk or street? What condition is the sidewalk/street in?

I'm gonna guess no, but that could change.

Nah- you'll just go slow and take longer than if you walked.

Two streets but mostly campus stuff which is like cement. It is slightly downhill on the way there.

That's not really possible without falling.

Oh and I forgot to mention there will be people obstacles. I'm gonna leave a little early so there's less.

I fell. Stayed on my feet, don't think any girls saw, my buddy laughed hysterically.

Even if you do not fall, you will look like a tool riding a skateboard around campus. Not because you are riding a skateboard, but because you are riding a skateboard like someone that does not know how to ride a skateboard.

I say whatever to this. Everybody had to learn somewhere right? It's fun and gets me to class faster, so I'm gonna keep doing it.
